Users can easily find and access key features and information, resulting in a smooth and seamless user journey. Clear and logical site or app structure with user-friendly menus, search functionality, and consistent navigation elements.High levels of user engagement and satisfaction, measured through metrics such as session duration, user feedback, and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Interactive elements and visually appealing design that captivate users and encourage interaction.
